Roland CB-CS2
This "carrying case" is nothing more than a raincoat sleeve, with absolutely no padded protection for the most sensitive part of the amp - the plugs, knobs and switches. The only place it does have some (very thin) padding is at the ends of the amp where the feet and handle are attached (Huh? The spots least likely to be damaged are the only areas padded!). Also, the shoulder strap was virtually useless and mainly just in the way.
Well, I really needed a protective case that could protect my amp when I travel by air and was checked baggage.. And, I had absolutely no doubt that this plastic raincoat sleeve would leave my amp destroyed if I used it as is. So (see photos), I spent about two days total on thinking about and implementing a solution. First, I measured, cut and glued in place high quality 1 cm thick closed cell foam all around the inside of the "case". Then I removed the useless strap it came with and made a handle for one end and a removable strap for my shoulder.
Unless you love making luggage or just wasting money on a useless raincoat for your amp, I can't recommend buying this.
