Passion, Craftsmanship and Cutting-edge Innovation

A revolutionary digital accordion, FISA SUPREMA masterfully combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. This groundbreaking instrument delivers the authentic feel and nuanced playability of a 120-bass accordion, while offering the unparalleled bellow-response, power and versatility that only the latest digital advancements can provide.

A genuinely authentic accordion experience
Our team, based in Italy and deeply rooted in the world of accordion music, has expertly crafted every detail—from button sizes & positions, correct angles and layouts to the overall feel of the instrument. This profound understanding of what accordionists truly need ensures that the FISA SUPREMA delivers an authentic and unparalleled playing experience for accordion players of every taste and style, all while honoring the legacy of KORG’s co-founder, Tadashi Osanai, an accordionist himself. Our commitment to authenticity and precision is reflected in every aspect of the FISA SUPREMA.

Unparalleled versatility
With 45 meticulously crafted accordion types covering accordions from all around the world, FISA SUPREMA has an authenticity that rivals the finest traditional instruments, removing the need for multiple accordions. FISA SUPREMA even allows you to customize your instrument to create your perfect accordion. Choose the type and combination of reeds, decide whether the reed is placed inside or outside the cassotto (tone chamber), select the type of growl and mechanical noises, decide your tuning, and configure the bass layout to your preference. You can even selectively "age" the sound of the instrument, creating a truly personalized accordion tailored to your personal taste and style.
Available in both keyboard and button versions (*) it caters to the diverse needs of accordionists worldwide.

Dynamic realism
Central to the FISA SUPREMA’s realism is our unique Natural Bellows Response technology. This advanced system succeeds where others have failed, in replicating the feel and response of an acoustic accordion with remarkable precision. Our exclusive technology continuously monitors and adjusts to the bellows' movement and pressure, capturing every subtle nuance of your performance in real-time. This provides an unmatched feel and response, offering a dynamic range that allows you to seamlessly transition between delicate passages and powerful sections.

Unmatched digital power with Cutting-edge control
The FISA SUPREMA’s digital prowess opens a world of possibilities, offering a level of versatility and control that other accordions simply cannot achieve. The FISA SUPREMA provides an incredible selection of sounds and performance capabilities that go beyond the realm of the traditional accordion.

Layer sounds, create scenes for quick recall, and customize every aspect of your performance with programmable buttons, multiple registers, and assignable controls. The FISA SUPREMA includes chin switches, a fully-assignable master bar switch, touch sensors for horizontal note control, and aftertouch for control over your sound beyond an initial key press. In addition, a 2-axis accelerometer uniquely allows you to affect your sound through movements of the accordion forwards and to the right.  FISA SUPREMA provides an expressive potential that allows you to shape your sound and performance intuitively and naturally.

Intuitive and simple operation
Navigating the extensive features of the FISA SUPREMA is made simple with its full-color screen and user-friendly menus. The physical controls and shortcuts are designed for ease of use, allowing you to focus on your performance without any technical distractions. To help with live performance, the FISA SUPREMA also provides the choice of an “easy” or an “advanced” mode. “Easy” mode gives you the simplicity of a simple acoustic accordion, while “advanced” mode unlocks huge creative possibilities.

The full power of Korg
Appearances can be deceiving. The FISA SUPREMA goes far beyond the sounds of dozens of different accordions, also offering a diverse sound library that includes orchestral instruments and five distinct organ types: TW1, TW2, FARF, VX, and PIPE. These sounds are enhanced by the unique, specially developed Advanced Proportional Bellows Behavior technology (patent pending by KORG), and provide lifelike expressiveness that can be seamlessly combined with accordion tones. Additionally, the Hyper-Real Sound Cluster (HSC) technology delivers realistic band-like experiences, while the Hyper-Real Drum Sounds Cluster draws on specially recorded drum kits. This extensive sound palette allows you to explore new genres and styles, ensuring your performances are always rich, versatile, and compelling.

Why digital?
In the world of live performances and studio recordings, traditional accordions often pose several challenges. These include difficulties in miking, limited flexibility requiring multiple instruments, lack of headphone connections for silent practice and the absence of MIDI capabilities for expressive performances. The FISA SUPREMA addresses all of these issues with a wide array of connectivity options including LINE, PHONES, MIDI and even Bluetooth. With its lightweight design, high-quality bellows, superior digital features, and flexible MIDI functionality, it eliminates the need for complex setups and provides a seamless, versatile performance experience. Being a digital instrument offers several advantages over traditional accordions, including stable tuning and several tuning systems, which completely eliminates the maintenance issues associated with voicing traditional accordions.

Lightweight & portable
The FISA SUPREMA weighs just 10.3 kg for the button version and 10.6 kg for the piano version, making it very comfortable to play and ideal for transporting to gigs, rehearsals, and travel. It boasts a 9-hour battery life (including performance) and can be charged while performing without interrupting the sound, allowing you to perform and not worry about power sources or glitches to your sound. This long-lasting battery ensures you can play extended sessions at home, on stage, or in the studio, without sacrificing the unique portability of an acoustic accordion.

Maintenance-free
Tuning and regular maintenance isn’t part of owning FISA SUPREMA. It’s a digital accordion which requires no tuning and provides consistent reliable performance every time you play. Additionally, its parts are easily replaceable, ensuring minimal time without your instrument.

Anytime, anywhere
The FISA SUPREMA offers exceptional sound quality, whether you're practicing or performing. The specifically designed, bi-amped speaker system ensures superior sound delivery for both the player and the audience. This meticulous design provides an immersive auditory experience, maintaining clarity and power across all settings.

When you need to practice quietly, the FISA SUPREMA also excels. Simply plug in your headphones for a high-fidelity personal practice session that won’t disturb others. This dual functionality ensures that you can enjoy excellent sound quality in any environment, anytime.

Seamless connectivity
Extensive connectivity options make FISA SUPREMA an ideal tool for modern musicians. Featuring MIDI, Bluetooth MIDI, Bluetooth Audio, USB MIDI, USB Audio, and standard audio outputs, this digital accordion integrates seamlessly with your digital equipment, recording setups, and live rigs. Bluetooth Audio even allows you to play backing tracks from mobile devices directly through the accordion's speakers. Whether you’re connecting to a computer, an amplifier, or other musical instruments, the FISA SUPREMA provides the flexibility to create, record, and perform without limitations.

Everything you need
The FISA SUPREMA comes with everything you need to start playing right away. Whether opting for the 92-button version, or the 41-keyboard model, each includes a practical and luxurious soft case. Comfortable straps and an accordion cloth are also included, providing support and ease of play during long sessions.

Breathing life into FISA SUPREMA
The story of the FISA SUPREMA begins with one of Korg’s co-founders, Mr. Tadashi Osanai(長内端 1910-1977). A passionate accordion player, Mr. Osanai secretly harbored the ambition of creating an electronic accordion alongside his performance career. Although the technological limitations of his time made this goal difficult to achieve, his passion and challenging spirit helped lay the foundation for Korg's innovative spirit.

Combining our historical knowledge of accordions with the expertise of our skilled engineers and musicians, we are proud to fulfill Mr. Osanai’s vision with the FISA SUPREMA courtesy of the specially assembled FISA Development team of Korg and Luigi Bruti of Dexibell, recognized for their work in digital sound technology. Luigi Bruti is a pivotal figure in the history of digital accordions, and his passion and expertise were instrumental in bringing this project to fruition. Thanks to this collaboration, we have created an instrument that honors the legacy of traditional accordions while embracing the future of digital technology.
